This group is for NCCC neighbors who are living and aging independently. It offers a chance to connect with others in similar situations, share support, exchange ideas, find solutions and access helpful resources. The group will be facilitated by 2 social workers. We plan to meet for 6 sessions, once a month on the last Thursday of the month. Participants will have the opportunity to suggest and choose topics for discussion. Questions?
