Living Solo: A Support Group for People on Their Own

This group is for NCCC neighbors who are living and aging independently. It offers a chance to connect with others in similar situations, share support, exchange ideas, find solutions, and access helpful resources. The group will be facilitated by two retired social workers. We plan to meet for six sessions, once a month on Thursdays, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Participants will have the opportunity to suggest and choose topics for discussion.
