A few months ago NCCC hosted a zoom session with the Montgomery County Police community outreach officer. At the meeting, there were questions about starting neighborhood watch programs in our area. Thereafter, a number of neighbors contacted NCCC expressing an interest in creating local watches. In the interest of responding to the needs of the neighborhood, NCCC is hosting this ZOOM meeting.
