UPDATED - Living Solo: A Group for People on their Own

This group is for NCCC neighbors who are living and aging independently. It offers a chance to connect with others in similar situations, share support, exchange ideas, find solutions, and access helpful resources. The group will be facilitated by 2 social workers. We plan to meet for 6 sessions, once a month usually on the last Thursday of the month. This month it will be on the third Thursday. Participants will have the opportunity to suggest and choose topics for discuss. Questions?
