Yet More Development on Manor Road?

Come hear about the new proposed development on Manor Road replacing the apartments and townhomes.  Toll Brothers, the contract purchaser of 12.61 acres on Manor Road, is proposing to redevelop the property to accommodate 147 townhomes.  The property consists of two separate parcels. The eastern parcel, with the address of 3710 Manor Road is currently improved with 67 townhouses, and the western parcel with the address of 3700, 3710, 3712, 3722, and 3728 Manor Road is improved with 66 garden apartments, totaling 133 units.  The existing townhouse community in between the parcels is NOT part of the development.
